The New Medicine Service (NMS) is a free NHS service that supports you when you start a new medicine for a long-term condition. Our pharmacists will check how you are getting on with your medicine, answer any questions, and help you get the best from your treatment.

When you receive a new medicine for a qualifying condition, we will invite you to join the NMS. You will have an initial consultation, followed by check-ins at two and four weeks.
